INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

Authors with an accepted abstract are now requested to submit the full paper by April 1, 2022.  postponed to April 19, 2022

The submission will be possible starting from February 15, 2022.

The Full paper should be uploaded as PDF file only (no longer than 6 pages* – no more than 4GB) according to the IEEE templates. 
Please indicate the full list of Authors and do not forget to underline the Presenting Author. 

*The number of pages accepted as standard is 6 but the paper can be extended up to 10 pages. However, the Author will have to pay the additional pages 50 euros each (from page 7 to 10) at the time of registration for the Congress, after the final acceptance of the paper.

How to upload your full paper

In order to fulfil the IEEE papers review criteria, the EDAS platform will be used to upload your full paper.

For this reason, it is necessary that you create a new account and register on that platform.

Registration of the Presenting Author

The Presenting Author should be regularly registered for the Meeting.
Each Author is entitled to the presentation of 1 paper only.
